





A Saugeen Shores resident charged with racing a motor vehicle after being stopped in Arran-Elderslie.
On Tuesday morning at 7:45 a.m., a South Bruce OPP officer patrolling along Bruce Road 17 saw a vehicle moving at a high rate of speed. The vehicle’s speed on the radar was displayed at 137 kilometres per hour in a posted 80 km/h zone, it said in a news release.
The 31-year-old was charged with racing, which includes an immediate seven-day licence suspension and seven-day vehicle impoundment.
