





Police charged six people with drugs and weapons offences after seizing cocaine, crack cocaine, methamphetamine and fentanyl worth $3,000 after searching two former Bruce Township properties Friday.
Police also seized offence-related property including a pellet gun and some Canadian cash in the searches of property along Albert Road and along Maplewood Drive, a news release from South Bruce OPP said.
One suspect was held for bail, while the rest were released with an Aug. 19 court date in Walkerton.
A 28-year-old Kincardine woman is charged with possessing cocaine and methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking, two counts of possessing a prohibited weapon and two counts of failing to comply with probation. She was held for bail.
A 42-year-old Kincardine man is charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and two counts of possession of a prohibited weapon.
A 41-year-old Kincardine man is charged with possession of methamphetamine.
Another 41-year-old Kincardine man was charged with possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking and with failure to comply with an undertaking.
A 46-year-old Kincardine man is charged with possession of methamphetamine and of cocaine.
A 51-year-old Kincardine man is charged with possession of methamphetamine, cocaine and a prohibited weapon.
