Owen Sound police charged a 27-year-old man with firearms, drugs and other offences after someone reported concerns he had guns.
Police attended an eastside residence just before 1:30 p.m. Sunday and took the suspect into custody without incident. Police seized two firearms, ammunition, methamphetamine and cash.
Charges against him include careless storage of a firearm and ammunition, unauthorized possession of a firearm and possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine.
He was held for a bail hearing.
